We had four companies' estimates and we chose Morgan. They came to our house about 10 days after we called, and finished the job in two days. For a "dirty job," they kept our house clean and minimized the dirt coming out of the basement. The system has worked as we hoped with some heavy rains coming the weekend after they finished-no drips into our basement! The attached pictures are after I painted the floor myself (five days after they finished to let the concrete cure somewhat) The walls were painted with Drylock by Morgan. I needed my french drain and sump pumps replaced as they had apparently been placed incorrectly a number of years ago and were silted up. Additionally I had a lot of efflorescence and mold on the cinder … More block walls. I contacted Morgan Waterproofing and they responded quickly. Kevin assessed the situation and explained what needed to be done in a very low-key and profession manner. The price quoted was very reasonable. Everything was explained to us. The first team replacing the drains/sump pumps were able to start within a few days. The second team, including Kevin, started when the first team was done. All of this was completed just before Christmas! We were very impressed with how well they covered things in our basement. They also moved some of the larger things for us. Afterward they washed the area and cleaned up the plastic wrap and objects outside. They left the basement in very good condition. The whole system is now working and the walls look great! They will return in 1 year to flush out the system to ensure everything is working. I was extremely pleased all around with Morgan and would recommend them to anyone needing this type of work done in their basement!
